Objective

Road to College allows participants to take guided campus tours at First Coast Technical College (430 students), Jacksonville University (4,200) and the University of North Florida (17,000). FCTC is the first school we will visit and students will learn about the option of attending at a cost-efficient technical school that can prepare someone for a career as a firefighter, paramedic, or dental assistant. We will then travel to the University of North Florida where students will get a glimpse of what it’s like to live on a big campus by seeing dorm rooms and having lunch in Osprey Cafe. We will finish the day at Jacksonville University where an interactive and activity based tour will help students see what a smaller private college is like.

Day and time
